Shipping policy

1. Shipping Overview

SMPL SKIN South Africa ships orders nationwide within South Africa using SASML as our primary delivery partner.

All orders are processed and dispatched from South Africa and are subject to availability and payment confirmation.


2. Delivery Areas

We currently ship to all major cities and towns within South Africa.

Please note:

  • Delivery to remote or outlying areas may take longer

  • Additional delivery charges may apply for remote locations, where applicable


3. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


4. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Main centres: 1–3 business days

  • Outlying areas: 3–5 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays or public holidays.


5. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Order size and weight

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before order confirmation.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

Tracking updates are provided directly by SASML and may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.


7. Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure that:

  • Delivery details are accurate and complete

  • Someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel

SMPL SKIN South Africa is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.


8. Failed Deliveries & Re-Delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to:

  • Incorrect address details

  • No recipient available

  • Refusal of delivery

The parcel may be returned to us or held by the courier.

Any additional re-delivery costs will be for the customer’s account.


9. Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the packaging and contents

We will investigate the issue with SASML and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


10. Delays Beyond Our Control

SMPL SKIN South Africa is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Force majeure events

We will always assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues where possible.


11. Address Changes

Address changes after an order has been placed cannot be guaranteed.

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us immediately. Changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.
